Jennifer Allen started her career in the legal arena in 1988 with a Personal Injury Defense Firm. Having started as a receptionist, she worked diligently and within one (1) year was a legal assistant to one of the partners. Wanting to learn different areas of law, she explored Personal Injury Plaintiff, Worker's Compensation, Medical Malpractice, Commercial Litigation and Small Claims but always sought the area of law which helped the "underdog". Criminal Defense has been her passion since 1993, where she worked with a local prominent Criminal Defense Attorney until 2002. Seeking to work for a larger practice, she commenced work with Buschel Carter Schwartzreich & Yates n/k/a Schwartzreich & Yates where she has continued to work since 2002 and on her free time has done consultation work with several local criminal defense attorneys on opening their practice, areas of importance being client relations, case management, local rules and procedures and client finances. She has prided herself in her knowledge of procedures within the local circuits of the State of Florida from traffic to misdemeanors to felonies to death qualified homicides to Federal Defense practices. Having twenty (20) years of legal secretarial experience to offer, she has proven to be a valuable asset to Schwartzreich & Yates as their Executive Office Administrator wherein her duties include the most and foresmost, client relations and concerns, case management and office administration.
Jennifer Allen is married and is the mother to a beautiful daughter.
