Sandi Ackerman has been a valued employee of the law firm since the early days in 1998. She is originally from Toronto, Ontario, Canada and has worked in the legal field for over 30 years. While working for the firm as a treasured legal assistant, Mrs. Ackerman has expanded her capacities even further to assist the lawyers in multiple areas including criminal law, civil litigation, family law matters, appeals and federal court cases. Mrs. Ackerman has worn many hats through the years and willingly helped out wherever needed. She is a team player and fits into the personality of the firm perfectly. As the current legal assistant to Robert D. Yates, Esq., Mrs. Ackerman brings a wealth of experience and a comforting hand to assist in all client matters. Mrs. Ackerman, although she prefers to be called "Sandi" exudes a willingness to help all the firm clients and possesses the patience and dedication to make sure that every client gets the extra help that may sometimes be needed when confronted with the stress and uncertainty of litigation, the arduous task of completing discovery and providing a friendly ear when the lawyers are in court, or otherwise unavailable.
Sandi is married and has two grown children.
